Hello With both 5% sheep's blood and Tryptic Agar plates. In both cases they were new plates from Hardy and I wore gloves when I did them. And this is the 2 nd time this has happened 1 st time I was doing some test plates for staph because I have these sore’s / lesions that take months to heal some several months. And in 1 of the plates I had a specimen of what looked like to be a whitish grape like mass that was in my TP after a bowel movement and I had blood prior also and have been getting bad abdomen pains for month so I thought it was odd.
